Terms of service

These terms cover use of this site and services bought directly from Tagwright Studio, a service of S2 Group LLC, Ohio. Orders placed through a marketplace such as Fiverr are also governed by that marketplace's terms.

Services and delivery

Packages, prices, and delivery times are as listed. You provide accurate product facts; we don't add claims you can't support. We never ask for your shop login.

Revisions and refunds

Each package includes one free revision. If we haven't started, you can cancel for a full refund. After delivery, we'll fix anything that doesn't match the package scope.

Your content

Once paid, you own the copy we deliver for your shop.

No guarantees

We work to a professional standard but don't guarantee specific results such as sales, rankings, or call volume. Results depend on factors outside our control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio.
